由申請人先把款項交存銀行，由銀行簽發給憑以辦理轉帳結算或提取現金的票據。付款期限為一個月，逾期不受理。但簽發銀行可辦理退款手續。
First payment by the applicant bank deposit, issued by the bank to transact with to transfer or withdraw cash settlement of bills. Payment period of one month, overdue will not be accepted. However, the issuing bank may refund.
