買方發出定單或買賣契約成立時支付現金的付款條件。在本條件下，賣方應於訂貨確定時或貨物備妥待運時，支付全部貨款。
Seller issue orders or cash when the sale contract was established payment terms. Under this condition, the Seller shall determine when ordering goods or when ready for shipment, to pay the full purchase price.
