上市公司公布財務業績前的一段時間，在此期間內公司的董事及被視為內幕人士的僱員不得買賣該公司股份。禁止買賣期是一段為期至少連續三個營業日但不多於60天的期間，期內某特定公司的大部分僱員不得變更其退休或投資計劃
Listed companies reported financial results for a period of time before, during this period the company's directors and employees shall not be considered insider trading in the shares of the company. Blackout period is a period of at least three consecutive business days but not more than 60 days, most of the employees of a particular company can not be changed during the period of their retirement or investment plan
