對於直接保險人，被日期從保險公司接受來自根據保險合同或認可被保險人或者，對於再保險公司，從中再保險接受來自直接保險人或再保險安排下，另一個再保險風險的日期風險。
For a direct insurer, the date as from which the insurer accepts risk from the insured under an insurance contract or endorsement or, for a reinsurers, the date from which the reinsurer accepts risk from the direct insurer or another reinsurer under a reinsurance arrangement.
