asking ( offering )
基金投資人的角度來看，就是用以購買共同基金持份的價格。就收費基金而言，買價包括基金的淨資產價值（NAV）加上銷售手續費；如果是不收費基金，買價就等於基金的淨值。
Fund investors point of view, is for the purchase of mutual funds holding parts prices. On charges funds, including the purchase price of the Fund's net asset value (NAV) plus sales commission; if the fund is not charged, the purchase price is equal to the net value of the Fund.
