上市公司每年編列一次並寄予股東的財政報告；即公司企業對其股東交代過去一年（會計年度）中公司的營運業績、財務狀況以及各項關於董事會、產品或法律訴訟等重要消息的報告。此報告須經獨立核數師審核，同時也是對有意投資該公司的投資人重要的參考資料，因為其中包含了公司的資產負債表。
