指在適當地召開並須以投票方式表決的會議上，獲75%或以上親自或委託代表出席並有權投票的人士通過的由某計劃持有人所提出的決議。
Meetings are held in appropriate and shall be a poll on eligible for 75% or more to attend in person or by proxy resolution held by a plan and entitled to vote by persons of the proposed.
