這是集資的一種方式。公司發行新股後，以指定的現金價格，給現有的股東按其持股權益的比例認購。認購後所收集的資金是作公司發展的用途。根據現有證券持有人的持有證券比率，給予他們認購證券權利。
This is a way to raise funds. After the company issued new shares at a specified price in cash, to existing shareholders in proportion to their shareholding interest of subscription. Subscription funds collected are used for purposes of development of the company. According to existing security holders of the securities held by the ratio, giving them rights to subscribe for securities.
