指擁有或控制另一家公司的投票權達20%或以上的公司；或如兩家公司同屬第三家公司的有聯繫公司，則該兩家公司均為有聯繫公司。
Or if the two companies belong to the third company associated companies, the two companies are associated companies; refers owned or controlled by another company of the voting rights of 20% or more of the company.
