場外交易市場是證券交易所以外的證券交易市場的總稱。其早期主要形式是店頭市場（又稱櫃檯市場），現在還包括第三市場、第四市場等。
OTC market is the general term securities market outside the stock exchange. Its early form is the main OTC market (also known as counter market), the market now also includes third and fourth market.
