If the company's operating performance is good, common stock dividends to share holders can participate, but can get bonuses or dividends, depending on the end of the company's operating condition, without any guarantee; when enterprises are facing insolvency, holders of ordinary shares eligible for compensation priorities listed in the following preferred stock holders. However, the holder may obtain a greater potential for capital appreciation from the performance of the company.
