普通決議
ordinary resolution
指在適當地召開並須以投票方式表決的會議上，獲親自或委託代表出席並有權投票的人士以簡單多數票通過的由某計劃持有人所提出的決議。
Meetings are held in appropriate and shall be a poll on the eligible person or by proxy to attend the resolution held by a person who plans and has the right to vote by a simple majority of the proposed.
