開放型基金

又稱open-end fund，基金發行的持份並不固定，可隨投資人資金的進出增減，隨時開放給人投資，為共同基金發展上主軸。參見closed-end fund。 基金規模可以隨投資人之申購而增加，可因投資人的贖回而縮小，基金隨時開放給投資人申購或贖回。申購及贖回的價格是以基金的淨資產價值來計算。 其股票可於任何時間以基金資產價值密切相關的價格贖回。
