指符合以下說明的人：(a)根據交易所規章，可在或透過聯交所進行交易；及(b)其姓名或名稱已記入由聯交所備存的、以記錄可在或透過聯交所進行交易的人的列表、名冊或登記冊內。
It means a person described below: (a) according to exchange rules, or may do so through Stock Exchange trading; and (b) his name is entered in the Stock Exchange kept to record or can be linked via Exchange trading list of persons, or register register.
