創業板
growth enterprises market (GEM)
香港自1999年11月25日推出創業板後，股票第一市場正式分成主板及創業板兩類，兩者都是協助上市公司在股票市場集資。創業板上市規則較主板為寬鬆，不設盈利要求，亦不重公司往績，適合具備良好商業概念及成長潛力的新興企業。但買賣創業板股份的風險也相對較主板股份為高。

GEM Listing Rules lenient than the motherboard, no profit requirement, nor heavy track record of the company, have good business concepts and for new business growth potential. But the risk of trading in shares on GEM Board shares are relatively high.
