Futures broker is an intermediary between the Board of Trade of floor brokers and public customers. They fight for the customer and accepted by customers orders to the exchange. Under any market rules of contract in the solicitation or acceptance and handling of the economy or a party in commodity trading future delivery of orders, they accepted money, securities or property in the relevant solicitation or acceptance of orders activities (or payment in place) to pay for transactions or contracts of insurance. In dealing with commodities business must get permission "Commodity Exchange Act".
