Eurodollar Bond
由美國境外的，通常是在歐洲的一家銀行，用所擁有的歐洲美元來支付本息的債券。這種債券不在美國股票交易所登記，以低于美國利率的利率出售。
Made outside the United States, usually in a European bank, with Eurodollar have to pay principal and interest of the bonds. Such bonds are not registered AMEX, below the rate of sale of US interest rates.
