股票掛?票據是根據《主板上市規則》第十五A章可在聯交所上市的結構性產品。股票掛?票據的投資者間接沽出相關股份的期權。假如市場走勢一如投資者所預料，投資者便能賺取主要來自沽出有關期權而收取的期權金的固定收益；假如市場走勢與投資者的看法背道而馳，投資者便可能會損失部分或全部投資，或收取價值低於最初投資額的股份。

If the market trend as investors expected, investors will be able to earn and collect mainly from the sell-related option premium fixed income; if the market moves against the investor's view runs counter to the investors they may lose some or all of investment, or receive less than the value of the initial investment shares.
