技術分析用語。所謂死亡交叉是指原本多頭排列之短、中、長期平均線，其短期平均線自上方逐漸走平且跌破中、長期平均線，並代動中、長期平均線同步向下行成空頭排列，意味著將有一波不小之跌幅，往往代表一個相當強烈的賣出信號。
