當公司準備發行股票時，必須向證券管理委員會(SEC)辦理申請登記(Filing)。當向證管會遞交初步計劃書，需經過 20天的等待期，如果經過20天證管會並未提出異議或要求補件，公司即可進行接下來的工作。
When a company preparing to issue shares must apply to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to apply for registration (Filing). When the Securities and Exchange Commission to submit a preliminary proposal, subject to a 20-day waiting period, after 20 days if the SEC does not raise objections or requests for additional documents, the company can carry out the next job.
