具有固定投資的投資公司。和那些公開招股的公司一樣，這些公司的股票價格也決定于供求狀況。這些公司在証券交易所或場外進行交易，所以在獲取或出手股票時，買賣雙方相互交易(而不是與資金本身交易)。這些公司往往以低于資產淨值的價格交易﹐但另外一些時候也以高于資產淨值的交易價格。

These companies on the stock exchange or OTC transactions, so get or sell the stock when the buyers and sellers trade with each other (rather than financial transaction itself). These companies tend to price lower than the net asset value of the deal, but other times also higher than the net asset value of the transaction price.
